Internal education about Oracle databases

Education belongs to one of our priorities and activities. With relocation to home office during COVID-19 pandemic, possibilities of internal education were considerably reduced. Our meeting rooms remained empty and we moved to an online environment.

One of areas where we provide education is regular internal training about Oracle databases. The HR team of our company organizes regular meetings for programmers, analysts and software architects, led by our colleague Miloš Beňo, a top expert in this field. We meet up once a week (beginner programmers), once in two weeks (advanced programmers) and once a month (architects, analysts).

Thanks to his long-time experience, mainly experience that he got abroad, Miloš provides, in addition to basic and advanced programming procedures, tips and tricks for simplifying work with databases.

All meetings are recorded and published on the stream for newcomers and colleagues who were not able to join.

There is nothing better and more beneficial than when know-how is shared internally and colleagues develop each other.
